RI Kinship Community Connections exists to help connect kinship and older caregivers age 55+ to the many services, agencies and departments that may be available to benefit their families' overall health and wellbeing.

Do you need services for yourself or a child in your care?
Are you aware of the services or supports that are available to you and your family?
Goal
The goal of RI Kinship Community Connections is to provide grandparents, relatives and other kinship caregivers 55 years of age or older with information and resources they may not have been aware of or are in need of.
The Village, in collaboration with The Heart Tree is honored to be a part of this process.
